The intercalation mechanism of insitu emulsion polymerization has been proposed for the first time . then acr / montmorillonite nanocomposites blended with pvc , the tem and xrd indicated that the montmorillonite were dispersed with nanometer in pvc matrix . the flexural strength and flexure modulus of composites increased with the montmorillonite content , and the impact strength of composites a little increased 且隨著acr蒙脫土納米復合材料中蒙脫土用量的增加,雖然pvc acr蒙脫土納米復合材料的拉伸性能變化不大,但抗彎強度和彎曲模量明顯增大,而且其缺口沖擊強度也有一定幅度的增大,具有工業(yè)實用價值。
